Description

Samuel Willard’s Butterscotch Schnapps Liqueur combines delicious buttery sweetness with rich brown sugar, smooth cream and hints of vanilla bean. This indulgent schnapps essence creates a sweet, dessert-style liqueur with a distinctive butterscotch flavour.

Enjoy Butterscotch Schnapps chilled or over ice, or use it to add a rich butterscotch twist to your favourite cocktails. Its creamy, caramel-like flavour also makes it a delicious addition to an after-dinner drink.

Mixing Instructions

Add the contents of the 50 ml bottle and 550 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Top Shelf Schnapps Base.

Alternatively, use 300 g of sugar and 100 ml of liquid glucose instead of the schnapps base.

Mix thoroughly and top up to 1.125 L with water.

Each 50 ml bottle makes 1.125 L of finished butterscotch schnapps, equivalent to one and a half 750 ml bottles.
