Samuel Willard’s Chocolate Rum Liqueur combines rich chocolate flavour with the distinctive character of Queensland-style rum. This delicious liqueur essence delivers a smooth, indulgent taste with a delightful balance of chocolate sweetness and rum flavour.

Mixing Instructions

Add the contents of the 50 ml bottle and 710 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Still Spirits Liqueur Base C.

Alternatively, use 220 g of sugar and 100 ml of liquid glucose instead of the liqueur base.

Mix thoroughly and top up to 1.125 L with water.

Each 50 ml bottle makes 1.125 L of finished chocolate rum liqueur, equivalent to one and a half 750 ml bottles.
