Heritage Capricorn Cane Rum creates a smooth, light rum-style spirit with a delicate sugarcane flavour. This concentrated 125ml essence captures the gentle character of a traditional cane rum, making it an approachable choice for homemade spirits.

With its light sugarcane profile, this essence offers a softer alternative to rich, molasses-based dark rums. Its smooth character also makes it versatile for mixing. As a result, you can enjoy a classic rum-style drink without overpowering your favourite mixers.

Enjoy it over ice or mixed with cola for a simple rum serve. Alternatively, pair it with lemonade or pineapple juice for a refreshing tropical drink.

Each 125ml bottle flavours 2L of neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 125ml bottle of Heritage Capricorn Cane Rum to a suitable mixing container.
2. Add neutral spirit or vodka at approximately 40% ABV to make a total volume of 2L.
3. Stir or shake thoroughly until completely combined.
4. Transfer to bottles and allow the finished spirit to age for 14 days before drinking.

For best results, use a clean, high-quality neutral spirit. Once rested, enjoy over ice or with your favourite rum mixer.
