Mixing Instructions
Add the contents of the 50 ml Southern Spirit Liqueur essence bottle to a 1.125 L mixing bottle.
Add 44 g of sugar, 80 ml of liquid glucose and 630 ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka.
Top up to 1.125 L with water and shake well until thoroughly mixed.
Each 50 ml bottle makes 1.125 L of finished Southern Spirit Liqueur, equivalent to one and a half 750 ml bottles.
