Description
Distiller’s Yeast Vodka is an active dried yeast selected to produce a clean fermentation profile for making neutral and vodka-style spirits. It can be used with a variety of sugar bases when combined with a suitable yeast nutrient.
With an alcohol tolerance of up to 18% ABV and high attenuation, this yeast is designed to ferment efficiently while maintaining the clean character desired when producing light and neutral spirits.
Each 20g sachet is sufficient for fermentation volumes of up to 25L.

Mixing Instructions
Add the yeast directly to the fermentation vessel.
For optimum fermentation performance and quality, allow the wash to ferment at an ambient air temperature between 20–32°C.
For best results, use with an appropriate yeast nutrient suited to your chosen sugar base and fermentation recipe.
