Its carefully developed flavour profile combines smooth whiskey character with delicate fruity sweetness. Meanwhile, the gentle oak influence adds depth and complexity without overpowering the finished spirit.

Each 50ml sachet flavours 1.25 litres of neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV. For additional smoothness and complexity, allow your finished whiskey-style spirit to rest for at least 24 hours before drinking.

You can also age it with oak chips or in an oak barrel to develop further depth and enhance its traditional Irish whiskey character.

Enjoy your finished spirit neat, over ice or with your favourite mixer.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add the entire 50ml sachet to a suitable mixing vessel.
2. Top up to 1.25 litres with high-quality neutral spirit or vodka at 40% ABV.
3. Rinse any remaining flavouring from the sachet with a small amount of the alcohol.
4. Mix thoroughly and allow to rest for at least 24 hours before enjoying.

For additional oak character, consider ageing your finished spirit with oak chips or in an oak barrel.
