Description
Northern Brewer T90 Hop Pellets are a traditional dual-purpose hop known for clean bitterness and distinctive woody, herbal and spicy character.
Brewers have used Northern Brewer for generations, particularly in traditional European beer styles. However, its versatility also makes it useful across a wide range of ales and lagers. It provides firm, clean bitterness when added early in the boil. Meanwhile, later additions bring out more of its herbal, woody and spicy qualities.
Northern Brewer can also contribute subtle earthy notes. As a result, it works particularly well in malt-driven beers where the hop character should support rather than overpower the malt.
