Description

The Pure Distilling Reflux Condenser is an Australian-made reflux condenser for producing clean, high-quality neutral spirit at home. It combines simple operation with advanced liquid management technology. As a result, you get excellent performance without complicated controls or constant adjustment.

Solid copper and brass construction gives the condenser strength, reliability and a long service life. In addition, the copper helps remove unwanted sulphur compounds during distillation. This contributes to a cleaner aroma and smoother finished spirit.

The Pure Distilling Reflux Condenser can produce spirit at up to 93% ABV with up to 97% yield. Therefore, it is an excellent choice for producing neutral spirit ready for filtering, dilution and flavouring.

Easy Liquid Management Operation

The advanced LM (Liquid Management) design provides automatic temperature control once you correctly set the cooling water flow. You can then use the single digital thermometer to monitor the distillation process and determine when the run is complete.

Pure Distilling fully assembles the condenser before it leaves the factory. Therefore, setup is quick and straightforward.

Fast and Efficient

When used correctly, the condenser can produce approximately 13 bottles of spirit in around four hours. As a result, it provides an efficient option for home spirit making.

Solid Copper Construction

Copper plays an important role in distillation because it reacts with unwanted sulphur compounds. Consequently, it can improve the aroma and overall quality of the finished spirit.

Pure Distilling uses solid copper and brass throughout the main condenser assembly. The simple design also avoids fragile plastic components in the main condenser.
