Still Spirits Filter Pro

Description

The Still Spirits Filter Pro is a vertical gravity-fed filtration system designed to polish distilled spirit. During polishing, the spirit passes through activated carbon to help remove unwanted flavours, aromas and impurities for a cleaner, smoother result.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel, the Filter Pro can process up to 8L of 50% ABV spirit at a time. Its long stainless steel filter column holds up to 500g of Finishing Carbon, providing extended contact between the spirit and carbon during filtration.

In addition, adjustable flow control lets you control how quickly the spirit moves through the filter. The removable door and wall-mounting option also provide flexibility when setting up and using the system.

Using the Still Spirits Filter Pro

First, assemble the Filter Pro and prepare it according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Next, load the filter with the required Finishing Carbon and filter paper.

Add your prepared spirit to the hopper and adjust the flow control. Gravity then draws the spirit through the carbon-filled column. As a result, the long filter column provides plenty of contact between the spirit and activated carbon during polishing.
