Its heat-tolerant formula also performs in warmer conditions, making it a practical option for home spirit makers dealing with changing temperatures. Furthermore, its low-odour fermentation helps produce a clean wash suitable for distillation.

Fermentation Temperature and Alcohol Yield
For best results, ferment within the recommended temperature range of 20–26°C.
Under suitable conditions, the yeast can produce a wash reaching up to 15% ABV.
It also has a high heat tolerance and can perform at temperatures up to 40°C. However, the recommended temperature range should be followed when aiming for the stated alcohol yield and clean fermentation results.
Sugar and Dextrose Options
The yeast is suitable for either of the following wash preparations:
- 6 kg Sugar: Suitable for producing an alcohol wash reaching up to 15% ABV under recommended conditions.
- 7 kg Dextrose: An alternative sugar source for preparing your wash.
Therefore, you can choose between sugar and dextrose according to your preferred fermentation ingredients.
