Edwards Essences Ruby Rouge Pink Gin creates a traditional dry pink gin with delicate red fruit notes and the distinctive character of dark red bitters. This gin flavouring combines a classic dry gin style with subtle fruity flavours, delivering a refreshing and balanced taste.

Perfect for enjoying with tonic water and plenty of ice. Add fresh berries or a slice of citrus to complement its fruity character. It also makes an excellent base for refreshing pink gin cocktails or a simple mixed drink with soda water.

Each 50ml bottle flavours up to 3.5 litres of spirit.

Mixing Instructions

1. Add 10ml (2 capfuls) of the essence to 700ml of vodka or neutral alcohol at 38% ABV.
2. Shake well to combine.
3. Enjoy over ice with tonic water, soda water or in your favourite gin cocktails.

Each 10ml serving produces 700ml of finished pink gin-style spirit. A full 50ml bottle makes up to 3.5 litres.
