Description

The Create+ Boiler 25 L is a versatile stainless steel boiler designed as the recommended base for compatible Create+ distilling systems. With a 25 litre capacity, dual element power control and 2 inch tri-clamp compatibility, it provides a flexible platform for reflux and pot distillation setups.

For example, pair the boiler with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser or Create+ T500 Pro Column & Condenser for reflux distillation. Alternatively, use compatible Create+ Alembic equipment for pot distillation.

As a result, the same boiler can form the base of several distilling configurations.

Dual Element Power Control

The Australian 220V Create+ Boiler provides a maximum heating power of 2200W when both power switches are turned on.

For greater control, switch one element off to reduce the heating power to 1100W. Therefore, you can use full power for heating the boiler before reducing the power when a gentler boil is required.

In particular, this lower power setting is useful during pot distillation when producing full-flavoured spirit styles.

For even greater power control, pair the boiler with the Create+ Voltage Controller. This combination also gives you more flexibility when adjusting the boiler output for different distilling setups.

25 Litre Stainless Steel Boiler

The Create+ Boiler has a maximum capacity of 25 litres and features durable 304-grade stainless steel construction.

In addition, high-temperature resistant food-grade silicone components are used in the boiler assembly. Meanwhile, the supplied boiler lid includes a 48mm opening for compatible distilling equipment.

2 Inch Tri-Clamp Compatibility

A supplied 2 inch Tri-Clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allows the boiler to connect with compatible 2 inch tri-clamp distilling accessories.

Therefore, you can use the boiler as the foundation for different compatible Create+ configurations and attachments. In addition, the adapter assembly includes the silicone gasket and DN40 nut required for installation.

Waste Discharge Tap

A waste discharge tap with a stainless steel ball valve makes it easier to empty the boiler after use.

As a result, you can drain the boiler without needing to lift and tip the complete unit when disposing of its contents. This feature also makes cleaning and emptying the boiler more convenient after distillation.

Built-In Safety Features

The Create+ Boiler includes a boil-dry reset and thermal cut-out fuse for additional protection during operation.

Therefore, these built-in safety features help protect the boiler if abnormal operating conditions occur.

Compatible Distilling Setups

For high-purity neutral spirit or distilled water, pair the boiler with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser or Create+ T500 Pro Column & Condenser.

Alternatively, pair the boiler with compatible Create+ Alembic Copper Dome and Condenser equipment for pot distillation. In this configuration, more flavour and aroma can remain from the wash or botanicals. As a result, the setup is well suited to producing full-flavoured spirits and aromatic hydrosols.

In addition, the supplied adapter gives you the flexibility to experiment with other compatible 2 inch tri-clamp accessories.

Equipment Size and Weight Limits

The Create+ Boiler is primarily designed for small to medium-sized distilling setups without heavy, off-centre attachments.

When used with the Still Spirits Boiler 25 L lid or a compatible Alembic Dome, attached column and condenser equipment should remain within the following limits:

• Maximum total column and condenser height: 1.1m from the boiler lid or dome
• Maximum total column and condenser weight: 11kg
• Maximum off-centre weight: 2kg
• Maximum off-centre distance: 160mm from the main column

Therefore, staying within these limits helps maintain a stable and appropriately supported distilling setup.
