Description
The Create+ T500 Pro Complete Distilling Set combines the equipment needed for high-purity reflux distillation, controlled cooling water flow and carbon filtration in one comprehensive package.
Designed for producing clean neutral alcohol, the T500 Pro can reach up to approximately 93% ABV and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash under suitable operating conditions. Therefore, it provides an excellent foundation for making neutral spirit for vodka, spirit flavourings, gin and other botanical spirits.
In addition, the system can distil water.
Complete T500 Pro Distilling Setup
This bundle brings together four major pieces of equipment:

Together, they provide the core equipment for distillation, cooling water management and carbon filtration.
Create+ T500 Pro Column & Condenser
The Create+ T500 Pro Column & Condenser combines a reflux column and condenser in one unit.
High-quality T2-grade copper forms the main column, while stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules provide modular connections.
The column uses both copper and stainless steel saddles. During operation, these provide a large surface area for reflux and help produce a cleaner, higher-purity distillate.
Furthermore, the Pro design can save up to 30% cooling water compared with the original T500, depending on operating conditions and usage.
Create+ Boiler 25 L
The Create+ Boiler 25 L provides a 25 litre capacity and dual power control.
With both element switches turned on, the boiler supplies the full 2200W of heating power. Alternatively, switching one element off reduces power consumption to 1100W.
As a result, you gain greater control over heat input during different stages of operation.
Water Flow Regulator
Consistent cooling water flow plays an important role in reflux distillation.
The Water Flow Regulator includes a built-in pump that supplies cooling water to the still.
In addition, its flow controller lets you adjust the water supply to suit the requirements of your setup. Therefore, you can maintain a controlled cooling water flow without relying solely on variations in household tap pressure.
Filter Pro
After distillation, the Filter Pro provides the final filtration stage for neutral spirit.
Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, the Filter Pro holds up to 500g of Activated Finishing Carbon.
Carbon filtration can help polish suitable neutral spirit after distillation by reducing remaining unwanted compounds. Consequently, the complete bundle takes you from reflux distillation through to final carbon filtration.
High-Purity Neutral Spirit
Under suitable operating conditions, the T500 Pro can produce distillate at up to approximately 93% ABV before dilution.
It can also recover up to approximately 95% of the alcohol available in the wash.
After suitable dilution and filtration, the resulting neutral spirit provides a versatile base for a wide range of applications.
For example, you can use neutral spirit as the starting point for vodka-style spirits or combine it with your choice of spirit flavourings.
Likewise, suitable equipment and techniques can turn neutral spirit into a base for gin and other botanical spirit styles.
Suitable for Distilling Water
The T500 Pro also provides an effective setup for distilling water.
The combined performance of the copper and stainless steel saddles supports efficient reflux operation. Therefore, the system can produce distilled water as well as high-purity neutral alcohol.
