The Create+ T500 Pro Distilling System & Filter Pro combines high-purity reflux distillation with stainless steel carbon filtration in one convenient package. Designed for producing clean neutral alcohol, this bundle takes you from distillation through to the final filtration stage.
Under suitable operating conditions, the T500 Pro can reach up to approximately 93% ABV and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash. As a result, it produces a versatile neutral spirit suitable for vodka-style spirits, spirit flavourings, gin and other botanical spirit styles.
In addition, you can use the T500 Pro to distil water.
T500 Pro Reflux Distillation
The Create+ T500 Pro Column & Condenser combines the reflux column and condenser into one high-performance unit.
High-quality T2-grade copper forms the main column, while stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules provide modular connections.
Inside the column, copper and stainless steel saddles create a large surface area for reflux. Consequently, the column can produce a cleaner, higher-purity distillate during suitable operation.
Furthermore, the T500 Pro can save up to 30% cooling water compared with the original T500, depending on usage and operating conditions.
Create+ Boiler 25 L
The Create+ Boiler 25 L provides a 25 litre capacity and dual heating power control.
Turn both element switches on to supply the full 2200W of heating power. Alternatively, switch one element off to reduce power consumption to 1100W.
Therefore, the dual power settings provide greater control over heat input during different stages of operation.
Filter Pro Carbon Filtration
After distillation, the Filter Pro provides a dedicated carbon filtration stage for suitable neutral spirit.
The Filter Pro uses durable 304-grade stainless steel construction and holds up to 500g of Activated Finishing Carbon.
Carbon filtration can help polish neutral spirit by reducing remaining unwanted compounds after distillation. As a result, this bundle combines high-purity reflux distillation with a convenient final filtration stage.
High-Purity Neutral Spirit
Under suitable conditions, the T500 Pro can produce distillate at up to approximately 93% ABV before dilution.
In addition, the system can recover up to approximately 95% of the alcohol available in the wash.
This high-purity neutral spirit provides a versatile starting point for a wide variety of finished spirit styles.
For example, you can use it as the base for vodka-style spirits or combine it with your choice of spirit flavourings.
Likewise, neutral spirit can provide the foundation for gin and other botanical spirit styles when used with suitable equipment and techniques.
Suitable for Distilling Water
The T500 Pro can also distil water.
Its copper and stainless steel saddles support efficient reflux operation while helping the system separate unwanted compounds. Therefore, the equipment provides a versatile option for both neutral alcohol and distilled water production.
