The Air Still Pro Complete Distillery Kit combines the Still Spirits Air Still Pro with the equipment and ingredients needed to ferment a wash, distil it, measure and dilute the collected spirit, carbon filter it and add your choice of supplied Top Shelf Flavourings.

Designed as a comprehensive small-batch setup, the kit takes you through the process from fermentation to finished flavoured spirit without requiring a large traditional distilling system.

The Air Still Pro also gives you both reflux and pot still modes, allowing you to produce neutral, flavourful and botanical-infused spirits. In addition, you can use the still to produce distilled water and hydrosols.

Still Spirits Air Still Pro

At the heart of the kit is the compact 4 litre Still Spirits Air Still Pro.

Its interchangeable distillation tips let you switch between reflux and pot still operation.

In reflux mode, the system can produce clean neutral spirit at up to approximately 90% ABV before dilution. This makes it ideal for producing a neutral base for the supplied Top Shelf Flavourings.

Switch to pot still mode to retain more character from the wash or produce botanical-infused spirits. In this mode, the system can produce distillate at up to approximately 80% ABV before dilution.

A purpose-built botanical basket also gives you the option to experiment with botanical-infused spirit styles.

No Cooling Water Required

The Air Still Pro uses a built-in air-cooled condenser. Therefore, you don’t need to connect cooling water hoses or maintain a separate cooling water supply during distillation.

Its compact design also makes the system easy to store between runs.

Automatic Foreshots Collection

The system automatically captures the initial foreshots in a glass collection vial, simplifying this part of the distillation process.

It also features an automatic shut-off in reflux mode and automatic dry-boil shutdown.

Ferment Your Wash

The included Air Still Essentials Distillation Kit provides the equipment and consumables required to prepare and ferment a suitable sugar wash.

The fermentation equipment includes a 12 litre fermenter with stick-on thermometer, mixing spoon and hydrometer.

The supplied fermentation ingredients include Pure Turbo Yeast, Pure Turbo Yeast Nutrient, Turbo Carbon, Turbo Clear and dextrose.

A sugar wash will typically ferment in approximately 7–10 days, depending on fermentation conditions.

From Fermentation to Finished Spirit

Once fermentation and clearing are complete, the wash can be distilled in manageable batches using the 4 litre Air Still Pro boiler.

An 8 litre wash can produce approximately 2.25 litres of finished alcohol at 40% ABV, depending on fermentation and distillation conditions.

The included alcometer and test tube allow you to measure the strength of your collected distillate before correctly diluting it.

After dilution, the supplied carbon filter and collection system provide a convenient way to filter suitable neutral spirit.

Finally, three 50ml Still Spirits Top Shelf Flavourings are included so you can turn your finished neutral spirit into flavoured spirit styles.
