Take the VORTEX alembic system beyond the equipment-only bundle with a comprehensive package for preparing, distilling, filtering and flavouring.
This package combines the VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit, CREATE+ Alembic Copper Dome, CREATE+ Boiler 25L and CREATE+ Complete Companion Kit.
Together, these components provide an air-cooled alembic-style distilling system plus the supporting equipment and ingredients required to prepare a wash, measure it, process the distillate and add flavour.
The alembic configuration is suited to distilled water, hydrosols and flavourful spirits where retaining character from the fermented wash is desirable.
VORTEX Air-Cooled Alembic Distillation
The VORTEX Alembic Equipment Kit replaces the conventional water-cooled product condenser with a VORTEX Air Cooled Condenser.
Three integrated fans move air across aluminium cooling fins to remove heat from the stainless steel product tubes. Adjustable fan speed provides control over cooling performance during operation.
As a result, the VORTEX condenser can operate without the additional continuous cooling-water supply normally required by a traditional product condenser.
CREATE+ Alembic Copper Dome
The CREATE+ Alembic Copper Dome forms the copper section of the vapour path between the boiler and VORTEX equipment.
Its copper construction provides vapour contact with copper during distillation. Meanwhile, the traditional dome configuration is particularly suited to alembic-style distilling where flavour and character are intended to carry through into the finished distillate.
The dome connects with compatible CREATE+ equipment through the modular 2-inch tri-clamp system.
CREATE+ Boiler 25L
The CREATE+ Boiler 25L provides the heating platform for the complete system.
Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, the boiler has a 25 litre capacity and provides up to 2200W heating power. Dual element control also allows operation at a reduced 1100W setting when required.
A stainless steel ball-valve waste tap assists with emptying after use. In addition, boil-dry reset and thermal cut-out protection provide operating safeguards.
CREATE+ Complete Companion Kit
The Complete Companion Kit turns the equipment package into a much more comprehensive distilling setup.
It includes fermentation equipment, measuring instruments, cleaning and sanitising products, ingredients for preparing a wash, filtration equipment and a selection of spirit flavourings.
Therefore, this package is particularly suited to customers wanting the VORTEX alembic equipment and the supporting equipment and ingredients together rather than purchasing each part separately.

Due to the combined size and weight of the VORTEX Alembic Complete Distillery Bundle, this product is shipped in two separate consignments.
Both consignments form part of the same order. However, they may travel separately through the freight network and may not arrive at the same time.
Important Information
Still Spirits specifies limits for the total height, weight and balance of equipment mounted to its Boiler Lid or Alembic Dome. External support may be required where an assembled system exceeds the manufacturer’s specified limits, has significant off-centre weight or is noticeably leaning.
The aluminium cooling fins can have sharp edges. Therefore, take care when handling, assembling, cleaning or storing the VORTEX condenser.
Always assemble and operate the equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Finally, alcohol distillation and possession or use of distilling equipment may be regulated. Always comply with applicable laws and regulations in your location.
